SoFlo - A quick alternative to integrate bots into slack

The UI of their platform has become very simple, even for non-technical people like me who are not familiar with tech stuffs can easily understand how it works without any training required.The dashboard is also pretty good in terms of giving clear insights about what's going on at your work place. Their support team has been great so far from our side. I have no complaints but if you're looking for something more advanced then this might be too basic for you. Automation of processes which…

Great Platform For Ticketering Needs

I liked most about this product it's compatibility with several of my platforms, also great for security purposes; easy access in terms of accessibility so we can manage easily from anywhere which makes me feel much more comfortable as well. Some features are difficult if you aren't an IT person but they made sure anyone who knows basics could use the system effectively. The support team was very helpful when issues occurred during implementation phase such things like network setup or platform
