I like how easy it is to use, and that you can easily create your own templates or use templates from other freelancers. It's free so there really isn't anything wrong with using this service. The only thing I dislike is that it doesn't have a mobile version, so if you're working off a laptop or desktop, it can be difficult to navigate.
