It was very easy to install and didn't require any special tools. I completed the installation and testing in about 20 minutes. The hardest part was removing the old shower head. I like the individual handles and the different settings for the type of water jet you want. I would definitely buy it again and I would recommend it to any single woman who needs to do minor repairs at home! :)
