Smooth plastic folder and case. There are no handles and other things, it's sooooo hard to open. I hate this. Already started to break up, it lasted less than a week.

I am very happy with these folders and have already bought five. They pair beautifully with archival sheets, protect the pages from dust and light, and are compact and neat enough to store.

One of the reasons I bought this folder to store my Films is protecting the negatives from dust.. Unfortunately this folder was covered in styrofoam dust and I was unable to dust it off due to the static nature of the product and styrofoam.

To be honest I might have had my hopes too high, but it was incredibly disappointing, the sides of the cover were already torn and the material was the same as the the school folder. I really felt it would be better to go to an office supply store and buy a $2 folder.
