Great quality and high performance for kids.

They go perfectly with an arctic rain jacket if you are looking for a set. They're made from a heavier and more durable nylon that's rip, wrinkle and tear resistant, yet surprisingly lightweight. Pants or can be worn separately. What I love most about Arctix rain jackets is that they are breathable and comfortable to wear for a long time. If it does get dirty, it's also nice to know that it's machine washable. There are 2 pockets. Velcro on the right back pocket and on the right front pocket…

Pros
  • Offers full coverage and protection
Cons
  • Husky's large size may not suit all children, so some will not have access to these waterproof pants.

Lightweight protective case.

Yes they are waterproof and we used them for sledding with pants and leggings underneath. They worked well as a wrap when layered but can be a bit loose for thinner kids if not layered enough. They also work well as a windbreaker. They were good for hours of sledding in the snow.

Pros
  • Ideal for camping and hiking
Cons
  • Pants may not provide adequate protection for larger children or children with longer legs.

Lined rain pants in my mind

This is for my 8 year old daughter who has outgrown her LLbean rain pants. They're prettier and more durable than the regular raincoats they sell which have holes in the end, but the lining on them can make them a little warmer when the weather gets hot. That's a great thing for a kid on the street. Hopefully they don't get too hot in spring, but in winter they're a light layer for now.

Pros
  • Provides protection from cold and wind
Cons
  • The waistband may be too tight or too loose, causing discomfort or the pants will fall off during use.

I liked the pants but this is the second time I ripped off this sticker on the pants of this brand. Both of the xsmall pants I bought for my daughter had this sticker that won't peel off. It's really annoying. I would go back but we are going on holiday and I don't have time to go back.

Pros
  • Very good pants for rainy weather.
Cons
  • Yeah, so the sticker that got on him left marks on his pants. Really shit.

Good quality ruined by a cheap sticker!

Good quality pants ruined by a cheap sticker on the front...spent over an hour trying to pull them off. The only reason I didn't send the pants back was because we needed them for the next day's expedition...

Pros
  • Helps keep kids dry and comfortable while showering
Cons
  • Pants can be more expensive than similar raincoats, making them a less valuable purchase for some families.

Good wind and weather protection

I love to get outside and be in my element while my daughter hates getting wet. These pants help us stay calm in bad weather or in the rain. They're not waterproof, but they don't claim to be either. They fit comfortably, can be worn over stretch pants and offer excellent wind protection. Overall I am happy with these pants.

Pros
  • Machine washable and easy to clean
Cons
  • Pants may not provide adequate protection against all types of weather conditions such as snow or sleet.

Raincoat my pros and cons

Works to keep your baby pants dry, or as dry as you can keep baby pants dry jumping through puddles. The waist is quite elastic and the durability is pretty good. My tough 12 year old hasn't worn them out yet! Knock on wood!

Pros
  • Lightweight and easy to pack
Cons
  • Pants may not be suitable for outdoor activities or sports due to lack of breathability.

Perfect for a rainy day by the sea

We were warm but were able to explore the beach without getting wet underneath. It also kept the wind out after my daughter sat in the tide pool and got wet through no fault of her pants.

Pros
  • Comes with a limited warranty
Cons
  • Pants are not machine washable, hand wash or dry clean required for care.

Good pants to protect against water and mud

Nothing special except good nylon pants to protect against rain and mud. It's not breathable, so it's not the best choice in hot and sweaty conditions. The best thing about these pants is the zippered side pocket. The average size is around 10-14 years.

Pros
  • Ideal for big, husky children
Cons
  • It was exactly as stated in the description. I wish there was an adjustable waist and/or zippers on the leg openings.
