Lightweight protective case.
Yes they are waterproof and we used them for sledding with pants and leggings underneath. They worked well as a wrap when layered but can be a bit loose for thinner kids if not layered enough. They also work well as a windbreaker. They were good for hours of sledding in the snow.
- Ideal for camping and hiking
- Pants may not provide adequate protection for larger children or children with longer legs.
