The best belt I've ever had. Thick, well-made leather. If you want to wear it very tight, take the same size as your jeans and you are on the second hole. I did it that way. I'm wearing Levi 36 jeans with a 36 strap otherwise I'd be in the penultimate hole with a 38.

I really like this strap but the tail loop is not attached to the strap so it slips off the tail when you take it off. It's annoying. I don't know if this is a design or just mine. Probably 5 stars from me if the loop is placed in the right place.

Love these straps, they are strong with a heavy duty buckle obviously having just ordered my third strap. I'm usually strict with harnesses because when I'm working I like them tight and then stretched, I haven't had that problem with them, even with glued leather.

I have several belts but both Ariat Diesel belts are the best. Craftsmanship and quality are second to none. I love the fact that the buckle is detachable, but the buckle is of such high quality that I wouldn't take it off. The size is small, it's great! I was concerned about the waist 29-30 inches, I wasn't the right size and I was taking a risk. 32 fits perfectly! If you are an Ariat fan or just need a quality genuine leather belt then you should definitely buy this one.

I bought it for everyday wear. It looks great and feels very durable. Most of my belts fall apart in holes but this one is triple reinforced so it may be a while before I can tell you how long this one will last. Although it's starting to show signs of wear, I don't think it's going to fall apart any time soon. Also the signs of wear are not as unsightly as with glued leather, it looks a bit frayed but it doesn't flake off or anything like that. I'll definitely be ordering another one when this

I have worn this belt probably 9 times as I have to change a lot of belts. The "skin" was worn away, as if it had been badly painted or covered with freshly wiped paint. I spent almost $50 which is by no means a reasonable return and not the quality of good leather. If Ariat relies on another strap they have had few complaints about the workmanship, they can replace it, otherwise they may want full or partial credit.
