I like that it's integrated with our accounting system so we can keep all information in one place! It would be nice if they could integrate other applications such as Salesforce or SAP to make this even better. I really like that they are very transparent with their pricing plans (I have used them before). It was super easy to get set up! They also offer some free trials which makes it even easier if you're unsure about what will work best in your situation or business needs/project size etc..
