Great for running and that's the only reason I bought it. Although the protector activates my screen and interferes with running. Not often, probably a little on my part, but enough that I don't like it.

Fits the phone but doesn't hold it securely on the arm unless the blood supply is cut off. I would have sent it back but it cost almost as much as buying to return it. Save your money!

Fits easily on the LG V20 (with case) so you don't have to take it off for exercise which is a big plus. Additional pockets for keys and credit cards are a big bonus, and there are openings on the bottom for access to the speaker, charging port, and headphone jack.
