EXCELLENT WATCH BUT DISPOSABLE. It is almost impossible to replace the batteries. Yes, I said "batteries". It has a regular CR1220 and a tiny battery underneath. The battery has a plate with two small screws holding it in place. I got really frustrated trying to put the screws back on and I'm a computer technician who has disassembled and reassembled many laptops with lots of small screws.
