It worked twice and then stopped working

Really terrible product. I ended up spending more money and buying something called a blue driver. is blue. Reliable. This bullshit has never provided an accurate diagnosis. Don't waste our money

Simple and does what it says on the tin

It's so simple anyone can use it. Turns on immediately after connection. There are several options that are easy to understand and it does what it says. Recommended for easy troubleshooting and code reset.

BAD BAD BAD ‼️‼️ the best among code readers and scan tools

Very bad, the system is very bad with few options for the user, I do not recommend it at all, and its quality it is Very bad buttons don't work well and it takes time to read the codes so it ends up writing ERROR. Don't waste money.

It turns on but can't get any codes/readings

I hooked this up to my truck and it powers but doesn't give me any codes, doesn't read my VIN, nothing. I can't look under the dash to see if there's corrosion in the spark plug, so I can't say it's not working.

MANDATORY PRODUCT! in diagnostic, testing and measuring tools

This device is very easy to use. I went to the dumps and gave myself some codes that I had to clear before I could get through. I bought this device and the codes matched the emission codes. I took my car to the mechanic, they told me I needed a new catalytic converter, I looked at that mechanic and said goodbye because my car didn't need a catalytic converter because it wasn't one of the codes doing fake deals. . It's as important as a spare tire.

Good work. Once. Excellent customer service!

It worked as expected the first time I used it but then it didn't work. I emailed the company and they responded to my problem very quickly. The technician kept in touch with me and tried to solve the problem. When it was decided that the problem could not be solved I was told that they would apologize for the problem and that my money would be refunded. The money was refunded within a few days. I will definitely do business with this company in the future.
