When received the top right corner was folded in, so all pages were crumpled and also folded in the top right corner

Unfortunately this item was badly damaged when it arrived. I LOVE these sketchbooks (hard to find), imagine my disappointment when I open this well packaged, plastic wrapped book to find this hardcover album has been torn through the front and back covers (as well as some damaged pages). . What the hell? I have NEVER had this before. It almost looks like it got run over by a forklift or something. I am sad/angry.
