Used these to mount a heavy glass framed oil painting securely in my van. Driving some of Maine's worst roads so far (many of them)!) stirred Not.

Easy to use but slight curves on the brackets leave no marks on the wall to position the picture correctly. I had to mark the wall with a pencil to get things right. A great item to hold things on the wall and prevent grandchildren from accidentally hitting the painting and making it collapse.

Works as it should. Make sure the mounting screw you turn with the tool is close enough to the edge of the frame. If you insert it too far, you won't be able to fully rotate/lock it.

I had a bit of trouble with the bottom alignment but I got it right on the second try. What worked was using a marker to paint a stop bolt screwed into the wall to see where the piece should be placed on the underside of the frame. I liked how it worked to keep the image safe without being visible.

They work so well I've bought a few more for the future. I compared them to OOK Hangman and Interlocking Flushmount. They're much better at protecting against earthquakes (or accidental theft). You have to be very careful finding the bottom screw (the instructions seem to work) but there is a little wiggle room. You are strong too. I used them to attach heavy pictures. Once you have photos, they're not going anywhere, even if something big happens.
