Great for classroom or home use

This model of the human brain is great for the classroom or home study. It is made of high quality materials and is easy to disassemble and reassemble. The instruction manual is really good and there are 41 numbers on the model that match the instructions for identification.

Pros
  • Nice thing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Magnets make assembly easy

I like the magnetic mount because it makes assembly easy and doesn't fall apart. This is a good brain model for identifying the main structures, 41 of which are labeled and come with a reference card. However, the magnets are not that strong. If I hold the brain right side up, the model falls apart. I would give 5 stars if it had even stronger magnets to make it easier for me to display the model upright.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires a base

I love this model!

Perfectly scaled model for school children. And my daughter and I love her high school classes and I love that I came back after 21 years of college to get my PhD! It's probably been 30 years since I last studied physiology, so visual 3D really helps with the conceptualization. The disassembly and numbered areas are just the icing on the cake. It has proved amazingly helpful in all of my research since all areas of psychology are based on the biology and physiology of the brain. I…

  • Great for me
