Blue not as advertised

I' I spent hours looking for a stool in the perfect color to match my decor. I was very disappointed when I received the wrong color stool. It's not as blue as advertised. It's more of a dark blue than the greenish blue in the photo. The resulting pouf is dirty and doesn't look like new.

  • Lightweight and compact, this hand knitted stool weighs only 4 pounds. If you want to enjoy some privacy and space, it's easy to store and carry, looks good in any room and next to all furniture, can easily be placed in closets or sheds or even in corners

Functional and comfortable

My wife and I are looking for an ottoman for our living room as space was limited. It fits perfectly between the coffee table and sofa and is wonderfully functional and when we are not using it we put it in a corner (it's not a baby lol) and facility wise it's a home run too.

Not as advertised. NOT RED!

Not as advertised. Not red. Kinda dusty pink. This product arrived with a strange smell and the packaging was dusty and dirty. I returned the product due to problems and we were uncomfortable with our family or guest sitting on it. I'm sorry my rating couldn't have been better, but it's fair.

Received a good product and a poorly finished second product. Difficult Refund Seller

I ordered one product and it is strong enough and beautiful, so I ordered a second one. The second was ugly and poorly made. I sent it back the same day. The seller was disappointed. I had to send multiple emails even after UPS showed the seller had received the item. I have never had this experience with any other seller. In the end I got the money back but it took some effort. I wanted to try them again just in case it was just a fluke before testing the return.
