Extremely thick for 2 headsets

I have 2 sets of David Clark 13s headsets. Can I make them suitable in this case? Yes. Can the manufacturer spend an extra 2 cents on materials to make this bag a little bigger to fit regular sized headphones? Absolutely! I don't understand why this case is so small.

Pros
  • Airplane accessory
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Good quality - too thin for two headsets

I have two off-road intercom headsets that are essentially the same as the pilot's version. The ear pads are large and the pocket space is pretty tight - one fits snugly, but if you try to tuck the other in and snap it shut, it goes TUM! better - otherwise I have no complaints, it's more of a pocket for 1 headset with a large pocket on the other side.

Pros
  • Aviation electronics
Cons
  • Small parts

It doesn't fit two of my headsets

I bought this to fit two of my headsets that don't have cases. One is my David Clark H10-13S and the other is my Faro G2 ANR. Close the zip compartment tightly in one go. As a result, the headset creates bulges in the pocket. The problem is that the bulge towards the inside of the bag then interferes with the compartment for the 2nd headset. I read a review that suggested turning the second headset upside down to make it work. It can work, but it will be marginal at best. That would be shaky…

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Some bugs
