Customer service is a joke.

Purchased for ceiling fan. Turn on four and the light doesn't work. 2 inserted and after 3 minutes they flicker BAD. Responded to Asher's email after discussing the issue. They asked for a video which I sent explaining not about the dimmable switch how much I liked them in our flashlight but for our ceiling fan. They emailed me back asking if the dimmer was on. I swear they never saw or even saw the video. In their defence, I told them I would keep the bulbs, just asked why they were flickering

love these lightbulbs! fits bulbs

I didn't realize how dark my study was until I got these bulbs. When received they were in perfect condition, very nice shape and bright light. I replaced all the bulbs in the lamp, although only one stopped working. I will keep the removed bulbs for parts in a room where I don't need as much light. They are excellent and I highly recommend them. If you don't need a bright light, consider buying a lower wattage bulb, but these are perfect for my home office. It was like a whole world opened up…

Great daytime color! - Lumens < 60W eouivalnet - 1 of 5 DOA bulbs - Cust. Service is EXCELLENT!

I knew that the actual lumen output would not match that of a 60 watt incandescent lamp, but I didn't mind as I needed a color temperature of 5K Kelvin. Unfortunately, one of the five lamps was DOA. When I announced them, I contacted Ascher and asked for an immediate replacement within two weeks of receiving the faulty batch. If their customer service is good I'll report back and up the rating from my original two stars. Obviously their quality control is far from perfect but I really like the…
