I didn't realize how dark my study was until I got these bulbs. When received they were in perfect condition, very nice shape and bright light. I replaced all the bulbs in the lamp, although only one stopped working. I will keep the removed bulbs for parts in a room where I don't need as much light. They are excellent and I highly recommend them. If you don't need a bright light, consider buying a lower wattage bulb, but these are perfect for my home office. It was like a whole world opened up for me! I'm older so I need readers for small things and/or dark places; Now I don't always need them when I'm in my office. I like that the score is 5 because it's always nice to have a backup. Thank you Ascher for a high quality product that also looks very nice in my lamp.
