Bought this for back support and shaping. I am so happy about this purchase. Fits nice and snug. Is comfortable to be worn all day. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a shaper that's reasonably priced, comfortable, and effective.

This waist trainer is great! I wear it throughout the day on top of a tank top so that it's not directly on my skin. Also, I put it back on after every workout. (I don't wear this to workout. I wear another sweat belt)

When i first got this i couldn't wear it are losing some belly ot fits but it also left cuts and my back bleeding due to the corners folds.
