Arrived broken. on computer components

This is a great concept with 10 fan hubs and argb. But mine came with a defect, like many others. They said if you replace it it should work fine but I emailed them and got no response within 72 hours. So I sent it back (it was a very quick process) and ordered a different product which ended up working great.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent

Works as advertised with a few modifications.

It works as advertised. For some reason, when I connect 3pin-A-RGB from my case, all my fans no longer change colors from Aura Sync, only the case. If I disable it, the fans immediately change to whatever color you tried. I don't think it's a software issue because I used a different hub with fewer ports and it worked.

  • Large selection

Excellent product with shaky connection tolerances.

In general I like the product. He does what he advertises. It supports up to 9 PWM fans and up to 9 5V ARGB devices. It "seems" light and possibly flimsy, but its construction is actually pretty solid. This hub is the best option to control the speed of multiple (together, not individually) and targeted lights using your motherboard's default software. This will not work with fans like Corsair or Liang Li Uni fans that have proprietary connectors. I use it with 7 Fractal Design Prisma fans andโ€ฆ

Works great but there are tolerance issues

Once you get it working this product works as advertised. It connects your 3-pin RGB devices and 4-pin PWM fan power cables in one place, which is useful if your motherboard only has one addressable RGB connector. It can even accept some daisy chaining; I daisy-chained four fans and connected them to a single RGB connector (this is a power supply that MOLEX, albeit in a separate configuration, connects directly to the PSU, so you'll probably have to connect the fans individually to the PWMโ€ฆ

Best value for money, it's worth it BUT!

Amazing price most will give you 4 of each port for almost $20. It looks bigger than it actually is, but it's not really a problem.3 BIG PROBLEMS1. A very tight connection of the fan connectors requires a lot of effort2. The RGB connectors are literally so lost my pinky can pull them all out while it's upside down lol.3. The biggest issue is the wonky tolerances/connections for the RGB portion of the SATA cable for power. You basically have to put it in the position that it works, you have toโ€ฆ

It is very good! in Internals

UPDATE: After a week of ownership I've found that there are a few issues. PWM fans work great, but if you plan to concatenate the arguments and the count exceeds 10, you'll find your Argb displays stutter and not work properly. Big disappointment, I need to find out if putting two of these in series works or I need to find another brand. It's just a limitation on the power the hub can put out, not a defect in itself, but it's also no fun when you have 15+ arguments to connect. ORIGINAL: I'm aโ€ฆ

Works as intended. Best in Computers & Accessories

I am a professional PC manufacturer and technical support specialist. The RGB pins were misaligned in their housings, requiring them to be bent into a better position. For $13 it's worth it. If you don't want to run RGB software to run your RGB ecosystem, this is a great option. It also helps organize cable clutter as you can now route all small PWM/ARGB cables in one central location. I recommend.
