Fits great, I've worn Gel Cumulus for years. For the 2017 models, I found I had to go 1/2 larger due to a factory resizing. So if you are new to this style and buy 2017-2020 models, you definitely need to go bigger than half what you usually wear. It fits like rain on my high arch and gives me the support I need.

I have played sports all my life. I'm not a professional runner or anything but I'm very happy with these Asics. I probably run 3-6 miles a week with them. I mainly do interval sprints and jog on paved roads. I've re-ordered a new pair after about 18 months of use. (I wasn't really sure I needed a new pair - I could probably comfortably leave the old pair for a few more months).
