Excellent shoes for narrow feet

I wear skinny 9.5s, usually 10 AA in Aasics, medium 9.5s suit this style well. Less bulky than most Aasiks, great outdoor shoes that aren't soft enough to walk on concrete.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Not bad

Sweet. Cozy. VERY LOUD! #omg

I love the color (red sunrise) They are comfortable and look good PROBLEM: shoes are LOUD on concrete! They make a sound like wet rubber soles on tiles! Everywhere I go there's a loud THWACK, THWACK, THWACK. These shoes need to come back, come back, come back! :(

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • I will add later

Very hard soles, foot pain increasing rather than decreasing.

Recommended as one of the best standing shoes. I don't understand how. The soles are rock hard, no trace of the supposed gel comfort. My feet hurt more than ever when wearing these shoes. $90 is a branded purchase, not required quality or comfort.

Pros
  • Best in class
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Great for running and living!

I usually ordered between 7.5 and 8. Ordered 7.5, had to return for 8. No problems with returns. These shoes look great, feel great and help me run faster. I wear them when walking the dog, jogging and jogging. So far, so good. I'm new to running so some shins are split but not the fault of the shoes I don't think. The laces are good and hold up well. No bubbles, easy to crack.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Discontinued model

Not for me but I like the look

I will be returning these... They don't give me enough stability. After wearing them for a week, I am now limping and have pain from the ball of my foot to my buttocks. Another reviewer mentioned tongue wrinkling... It's true! It sounds like a small thing, but it becomes a big problem when it creases during training and causes bruises on the back of the foot.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Concise instructions

Get Gel Pad Best in Road Running

Have had it for about 2 weeks and have been an ASICS brand runner for years. Decided to go on a long journey, take a walk in them to spread. At mile 4 my legs hurt so much but at mile 5 I made it to the end. Metatarsal bones of my 5th on almost both legs. The shows feel very stiff and lack cushioning. This made me wonder if I chose shoes with insufficient cushioning.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Great but wrinkled tongue

Previously had the ASICS Gel Noosa Triathlon 10 and loved it! But they don't sell this model anymore so I was worried about finding another one I like. It's great, but tongue curls and it's really uncomfortable. These are long folds parallel to the length of the foot. It doesn't seem normal for a shoe as good as ASICS and I hope it's just one pair. The rest of the assembly and feel are excellent. I'm taking out the soles as I use custom insoles.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Disappointing Athletic

I have been wearing ASICS shoes for many years, from Gel Contend to Kayano 23, 24, 25. I bought these shoes for everyday use, but I have to say that they have disappointed me. The tongue is thin and pinches when I put my shoes on. The eyelets are very small round and the laces are large and flat. Very difficult to set up. So I bought new round laces and they fit well too. There isn't much support for the vault. I understand they are cheaper than the Kayanos but didn't live up to my expectations

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
