ASICS Gel Venture Running Aluminum Directoire Men's Shoes and Athletic Review

Nice shoe but feels a little big compared to other ASICS shoes I've bought. At ASICS, there were no such problems before.

I've been wearing Ascis shoes for almost 30 years and have a very active lifestyle - gym, running, hiking. I have ordered them several times and I love them. I have flat feet and run with a lot of weight - they provide ample support and fit my feet perfectly, the heel doesn't slip or ruin the cushion on the inside of the heel.

What information does the seller have for a replacement? I need a new right shoe as the insole keeps bulging into my soul and coming out of the back of my foot. So strange.

The shoes were great for a few months and then started falling apart. The insoles are loose. (Didn't get them wet.) The metal or hard plastic reinforcements under the cleats have come out of the material and padding. I will not buy again.

We have purchased this shoe several times as we have found it to last a year without any problem and the wide sizing is very comfortable.

I don't know why Asiscs deviated from this design, the latest version didn't fit well and the laces didn't stay tied. I will order them for the third time when this couple dies.

I was hoping it would work for a pair of sneakers but it looks so cheap, the Asics line design on the sides that feels cheap, the sticker is ironed on and doesn't even match the lining.

The size ordered was fine, but the width was too big, which made the shoes uncomfortable. In addition, the laces are too long, which causes problems when lacing.

No bow support. Soft sole and soft heel counter. Poor stability control. When walking a distance of 1-2 km, there is pain in the lower part of the foot.

These shoes are perfect for those who need wide shoes. One of the most comfortable running shoes I've ever had. This is my 3rd pair.

I walk about 15-20 miles a week on sidewalks and dirt roads in these shoes. They're comfortable and breathable, but I inserted third-party arch/heel inserts for extra support. Since wearing these Asics, I no longer have hot legs or shins. If these wear out over time I will buy another pair or something similar.

I've been wearing this model for several years (this is my 4th or 5th pair). I change colors from time to time but have always found them to be the same size. This shoe offers good support, durability and comfort. When this pair wears out I will probably buy them again.

I used to buy a lot of sneakers, but this is a trifle. The laces resemble "shoelaces" and are very easy to tie. I know, I know. Buy shoelaces. :)

Bought based on reviews that these shoes were useful if not perfect for heavier people with active lifestyles, they warped and decomposed in less than a month, too late to return.

I got these to replace another pair of ASICS that I've worn out. My orthopedic insoles fit and the shoes fit great and are very comfortable. I'll probably order a few more.

Beware! I received an item stating it came in a handy box. Also known as used goods, no tags or original packaging! I didn't go for hassle-free packaging or used goods. I chose new shoes and paid for them. At the time of receipt, this item was obviously used! It has obviously been worn before! Great shoes. Comfortable and good quality. I ordered mine in July 2018 and have been using it ever since. I mean, the pandemic has certainly shortened "going out times," so the shoes aren't as needed anymore, but still. I have taken them many hours of walking in the mountains of Guatemala, on the mountain trails of New Hampshire and in the surrounding area and they are still in great shape.

I have forever ASIC gels, they are always comfortable and last a few years. The Gel Venture 6 shoes were great, this is my second pair and they are perfect for my feet, they have enough softness and space. The soles last a long time, although the sides tear easily near the little toe and the laces are too thick, often untied, I still love these shoes.
