Superior Performance: ASICS GT 2000 Mens Running Shoes in White Review

For many, this is my favorite sneaker because I have a special foot. The comfort is amazing and the shoe lasts longer than I expected.

I've been using the GT series for over 10 years and they never disappoint. This pair was only sold at a reduced price as it was from last season's collection. I will buy again. Excellent purchase.

They are very comfortable and you can machine wash them in hot water and the insole doesn't fall out like cheaper shoes. Delighted with this product and durability of product. I know these trainers will last me a long time!.

Mainly used for fast walking. The shoe fits well and has enough cushioning and support for my specific needs. Overall good quality. I've had zero issues and I have wide feet shop it's hard to find a comfortable shoe.!

I have worn this brand for over 20 years and love the fit and feel and have cool color combos from time to time and then revert to soft and simple colors which is the biggest disappointment.

Second pair of these shoes. Good for the road and good for the trail. You can slip a little on the sandstone, but that's not what they're made for. Good pillow.

Had bought ASICS in the past and fitted these shoes, they didn't match tag size and missed the return window by a few days, now they're sticking with it.

For me the GT-2000 7 fits better than the 9. It is flatter with no concavity in the sole which is better for my feet and my walking.

The first pair, ordered in August, started falling apart at the sole within the first 2-3 weeks. We sent them back in the return window so this second pair was shipped. Worn less than 50 days and the front of the shoe (outside the toe box) has come loose. $80 is a good deal for these shoes if they last more than a month or two. But this is disappointing and now we don't have a 30 day return window so nothing can be done.

The problem with ordering shoes online is that it's guesswork. If they are wide enough, they will be too wide. They didn't work even though they seemed to be well made. I returned them.

With the exception of one pair, I've never had a problem with Asics running shoes. I've bought over a dozen pairs and since I've been walking the shoes seem to last forever. If you are a runner, you will quickly go through Asics like any other brand.

I was disappointed with the latest Asics pairs I've bought and decided to give them one last try. These shoes are very well made and offer good support. I'm a tall guy (6'4", 230lbs) and can be picky about shoes. So far they've held up very well and are very comfortable. I'm very happy and my confidence in Asics has been restored.

I'm a heavy guy and my legs can take hard walking eight hours a day. They were good for a week but then became too uncomfortable to wear. If you are not so heavy, they can be comfortable for longer.

50% less than Gel Kayano, making it a real bargain. Not that comfortable, but since I stopped running, they're great. If I had known I would be on my feet all day, I would not have started a kayano. But I bought two of these and a pair of Kayanos so hopefully spinning will extend their lifespan.

I'm trying to get a white boot, size 10 wide, and you don't have it. About a year ago I ordered dark gray or black and they don't fit as well as the ones I had before. Why is it such a problem to get the shoes in the size and color you want?

They fit well BUT after about two months of normal walking the fabric on the toe piece ripped spontaneously. I have bought ASICS in the past and they have served me for many years, this is new low quality. I would return them if I could.

These shoes are amazing, top 10 buys on ebay. I've never had athletic shoes that were comfortable as I've had a collapsed foot and arch on walks, but this is different.

ASICS differ in the design of the heel. This model with a scalloped edge fits well, when the heel is raised there is no heel and the shoe wears on the inside of the heel in front of the sole. I think all ASICS should have a notched top heel.

Yes, in my opinion these are not very good shoes. I've been running for almost half a century and I'm very disappointed in this shoe. My guess is that the price of the shoe was too low to be a good running shoe. You get what you pay for. However, a nearly hundred dollar shoe should be a good comfortable shoe, which is not the case. So if you are serious about running, don't expect this shoe to give you a comfortable run.

Great running shoes and good support. But the color ordered does not match the one in the photo. The red stripes on the gray shoes are more coral red, which I find a bit feminine. This doesn't affect the quality of the shoes, but if color is important to you, it's something to consider.
