Is a little big in the hands but I like it because I bought it to fit over mountain bike pads easily. It's also foldable and light enough to easily fold up and carry in a fanny pack. Not as light or low bulk as the more expensive ultra light rain and wind layers, but probably a little more durable and waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa cheaper.
