Revain informed me that the original order would be replaced free of charge.

This item is advertised as HOME. It is not. It has no back so it's a TUNNEL. The nylon screws were missing from the original order and I was told NOT to return them but they would be replaced at no additional cost. The second job was completed but was still a tunnel. I'm willing to pay for one order, but NOT for two.

Fun Holiday Decor

It's fun and my cats love it. I wish the scratching post was a bit wider on the inside, it's just a regular skinny scratching post and the whole thing is oddly long, but who cares, this is a cat scratching post. As soon as I set it up, my cats immediately jumped up and started fighting over it. I bought the Christmas version because it was cheaper but luckily it was right before the holidays so win for me.

Great Cat Claw House

My cats love this house. We had one for Halloween and of course we needed one for Christmas. Now we have 2 and all 3 kittens love to sleep/scratch in it. It's quite sturdy because it's made of cardboard and the instructions are very easy to follow, it took me 5 minutes to assemble it. It's a little tight inside so my little kittens fit comfortably, but my stockier one has a hard time. Otherwise I would definitely recommend it.
