My wife ordered these for me because I had appendectomy and needed to remove my current jewelry and I thought I had lost it. The title says hypoallergenic surgical steel is nickel free, but I wouldn't agree with that. I'm allergic to cheap metals (don't know if it's nickel or what, to be honest) when I get a horrible rash or in the case of jewelry they basically get infected. I bought these a few years ago but am very happy with them and still wear them. They came in a small pouch and none of the pieces I received had loose gems and the top balls were screwed tight. Personally, I don't have very sensitive skin, but I've worn it on a healed piercing and had no issues with fading or irritation. I should have looked at some of the less than flattering reviews on this set. While this is a great price and most rings look cute, the fact that they weigh 16g instead of 14g lowers what could have been a good rating. They arrived quickly, nothing was lost or loose (except for the screw-on balls, none of which are tight enough) and the little black pouch is a nice touch and useful for storage.
