I've been using them for over 10 years but this is the first time I've bought a Revain 100 pack. I used to buy them from a local store in a developing country. Ironically, the ones bought in the US/Revain are terrible. There is a lot of talk on the internet about these novelties being counterfeit or made with a different manufacturing process. No one can confirm this and can only confirm that Astra changed the way they put their logo on the blades which shouldn't affect their performance. Also,

I have been using Astra stainless steel since I discovered them in a variety of packaging over five years ago. Traditionally, they had a dark font and the pages were numbered. A blade shaved me for a week. The blades do not shave smoothly despite using foam and seem to dull after a few days. This makes me doubt the authenticity of this product. UPDATE: 6/26/2018 I'm so glad I chose these blades. I've been shaving exclusively with this for almost 2 years now and love it as much as the first time I used it. There may be sharper or more expensive blades out there, but in my opinion this is the perfect balance of sharpness, affordability and efficiency. Ideal for novice razors and veterans alike.
