I can't tell you how long it took me to assemble the helmet. I had to do it on the first try (after my husband tried) because I just didn't have the time. Putting two pieces together is incredibly difficult as there are multiple connection points that need to be perfectly aligned before they snap into place. The helmet, which should have been assembled due to its weak material, was instead disassembled into pieces that had to be assembled.
