Screen stopped working after 3 weeks

Apparently this is a problem with Asus laptops - the screen does not turn on even though the device is on. I was very disappointed as this came after only having had the laptop for a few weeks. Since I'm still under warranty, I have to send it in for repair. When it worked, the battery life was excellent, as was the picture.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Well Made Traditional Laptop Laptop

I love this Asus Zenbook. Excellent battery life, fast charging and charging, very quiet operation. The screen could be a bit brighter, but it's okay

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • I won't say anything

The battery stopped charging after 2 weeks

Initially the product was satisfied. However, within 2 weeks the battery didn't charge more than 6% and I couldn't use the laptop unless it was plugged into an outlet. These things happen and while I was unhappy about this I had problems when trying to return an item. Also. I was charged a $411.10 restocking fee (which makes no sense since the product was defective) and had to take additional steps to ensure I received a full refund. Also, I tried replacing an item instead of a refund before…

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Communication with the seller

Avoid Traditional Laptops

The computer stopped charging after a week of use. Also annoying was the lack of a headphone jack, and the calculator's keyboard popped up whenever I didn't want it to. Just get a more expensive laptop. It's not worth the trouble.

Pros
  • It's OK!
Cons
  • Poor instructions

The best laptop of 2020!

Review: Dual USB-C 3.2, IPS Screen, 4700u CPU, 1TB Storage, Win10 Pro make this ZenBook special Are you looking for the best laptop of 2020? You have found it. Let's see why: 1. Processor: The AMD 4700U processor tops the rankings. And it hardly consumes 10 to 20 watts of power.2. Display: This is one of the few ASUS laptops with an IPS screen that looks amazing from every angle! Ports: The dual USB-C 3.2 output is huge! I have two 4K displays without an adapter! I bought a Phillips 27" ASIN…

Pros
  • Very Good Value
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

Reliable computers and accessories

Requires a newer Linux kernel. The touchpad works but not the 10 buttons or other gestures, I think they made it work with additional software in windows and not in the bios. The battery life is excellent. I can't give an exact estimate yet, because under normal use there wasn't a complete cycle of discharging and charging, after about 6 hours it's about 70%.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Clarity

Light and powerful, the best among traditional laptops

Weight, size, processing power, battery life, and cost were as close to perfection as I could ask for for around $1,000. Couldn't be happier, but I have 16GB of RAM, 1TB of storage and a beautiful 1080p screen. The metal chassis and build feels premium, and I'm not ashamed to flop down on a table next to a MAC in PC response. Techno freak chic

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • No power

Died in two months (updated review)

Zenbook stopped loading windows, suddenly stopped recognizing memory, looking for warranty or refund -- that was my previous review -- --- ------- ---- Sold by Klick Online for $1,029 on November 24, 2020. The model I received was UM425IA. Overall it's a great value and a great product. mm audio jack (but a high-resolution audio dongle is provided with the risk of losing it), only 1 regular usbMyAsus app is buggy and sometimes loads after a few minutes if we're lucky, sometimes not. Far Beyond My Expectations

Since 1982 I have been buying and building personal computers. I've seen them all. But I also have a limited budget for my own computer. My HP Pavilion laptop died and I didn't realize its shortcomings until I started using the 14-inch Zenbook. For the first time in over 20 years I've decided to go with an AMD processor, and wow, what lightning speed. I have to admit, this was also the first time I've ever bought an SSD in a personal computer. Another wow! At HP I expected a Win10 update to…
