I'm sure it's a great monitor but UPS tried to ship it with two big holes punched in the bezel. I just want to make sure you know how they handled this monitor.

I personally love this monitor. I switched from 60Hz to this 240Hz monitor. I say 240Hz because I can't set it to 360Hz anywhere. I love 240Hz instead of 60Hz, but I just want the 360Hz I paid for. I already checked "Advanced Display Settings" and NVIDIA Control Panel and it only runs at 240Hz. Please help me. EDIT: The HDMI CABLE IS RATING FOR 240Hz. USE THE 360Hz DISPLAY CONNECTION CABLE.

Great monitor when it works, I had an issue when selecting a tab from full screen apps or restarting my pc. It showed lots of black lines running across my screen and wasn't resolved until I unplugged and plugged the monitor back in. This has happened to me twice in the last week with light use. I wouldn't have expected that from a €700 monitor.

The monitor was delivered without a power supply. I understand it was an open box but someone must have double checked the product before shipping. Luckily I had spare cables with me. In general, the monitor is excellent. I like the picture quality, it's very different from my old ALIENWARE 25 GAMING MONITOR - AW2521HFL.

Terrible quality. This happened after 3 months of use. I had to ask for a replacement as the first one didn't work and ASUS support had no idea what to do with it. It also works terribly with ASUS laptops. It has many artifacts in most modes and barely works in some. Tried again and again to fix everything with tech support to no avail. I used it with a ROG Strix (3070/Ryzen 9 5900HX) and it was the worst experience I have ever had. You should only buy it if you want to regret your purchase.
