It works and looks great, but when I tried to install it had serious problems, like the mounting brackets just weren't there. It's normal for people who don't mount it. For people like me I had to screw it in with wood screws. I know it sounds rude and a little irresponsible. But it actually solved the problem. So if you buy this monitor and have this problem, you can always screw the monitor on like a piece of wood.

Blue and red indicator lights "on. off" is located at the bottom of the monitor and is not visible when the monitor is tilted down. The same goes for the control buttons. Everything has to be done by feel. I recommend the backlit function menu on the front if you insist that the buttons are under the monitor The picture is good but I would never recommend this monitor with the button layout.

I was looking for a medium sized monitor with a DVI input. I already have 6 Asus monitors in another system and they work great so buying this monitor to build a budget PC wasn't a difficult decision. I would give this monitor 5 stars but the vertical adjustment on the stand does not stay locked allowing the monitor to move up or down on impact. The rest of the stand is good. This monitor has built-in speakers that have decent sound. The kit includes DVI, DSUB and audio cables.

I wasn't sure what to do with the monitor in my latest build but I have to say that for the price and bought as a pair this monitor is good for multitasking. It's a little annoying after squinting at a laptop for so long to come home and be able to surf on one screen and type on another. It really speeds up work, and with a wider field of view, you'll feel more relaxed at the computer no matter what you're doing. Therefore, instead of one 32 inch screen, I chose 2 20 inch screens. Why the hell…

Exactly what was described and as I expected. The price was low and everything works fine. The sound is a little thin, but I don't need a great sound.

I'm not sure if it was a packaging error. I ordered 2 of these VE208Ts and received the VE208. no HDMI and its LCD screen. What an inconvenience! give it back now hope i get the right one

There is nothing supernatural about this monitor. It is very standard and well suited for regular use. For gaming, editing, etc., I would personally go for a higher-quality monitor. This is my personal opinion of this monitor and does not reflect anyone else's opinion of this monitor.

The display itself is fine, but the built-in speakers are terrible. Too bad I just bought the monitor and speakers separately instead of buying this one. Now I have no way to send it back.

The optics are pretty good, worth 4.5 stars. Speaker volume sucks and is barely audible at full power unless you're leaning forward in a slouched position. Worth half a star at best. Avoid unless you are completely deaf and unable to use sound. Now you need to buy separate speakers.

The monitor works well, but its clarity is not high. I had 2 of these that I took from another computer to set up 3 monitors with my Eye Finity graphics card. It works well and games look good too, but I don't recommend this monitor for gamers.

I bought 2 of these for twin install. I do a lot of 3D projects and now working with more than one monitor has improved my workflow. I am very happy with the purchase of these ASUS monitors. The speakers aren't great, but hey, who uses monitor speakers? The displays are sharp and clean and look great with everything I've loaded on them so far.

Works great, the quality of the photo suits me. I don't use it for gaming or professional photography. The speakers are not outstanding, but nice to have.
