I received this monitor yesterday and set everything up. Since then it's been hard for me not to be at my computer because I love it so much. A little background, I'm a very active computer user. I built my own gaming PC about a year ago and have been using it daily for a long time. When I assembled the PC, lack of money meant I could only afford a 27 inch screen, which I've been using ever since. Although this monitor does not have an HDMI port, it is excellent for a PC. I was able to work around the lack of HDMI with an HDMI to DVi converter I bought for this monitor and the picture seems to connect to my PS3. The only problem is that the speakers don't get any sound from the PS3 as the picture goes via DVI. So unless you have a speaker system to connect to your PS3 or an AV converter to connect to your built-in speakers (like I do) I wouldn't recommend this monitor for console gaming.

I have to say this is by far the best monitor I've had in a long time. The monitor I've been using for a while since my laptop screen got damaged (still able to use it but has an annoying big line down the middle of the screen messing up all the pixels) so I went anyway and used a monitor from my very first desktop when I was 16 so as you can imagine it doesn't look like it here. I've always loved ASUS monitors and this one is no exception. It has a good picture and actually looks a little better than a couple of ASUS LCDs I bought a few years ago, although this one has a lower resolution. It is very easy to knit. I use it for writing/research, so I'm basically just opening additional documents while I write and take notes. A good screen, although after the Retina screen it's difficult to get used to even such a relatively low resolution. The size is perfect for my needs. The volume up and down function is weird. Speakers are a joke, but I don't need them for work anyway. Works well and cheaply.

I was afraid to order an invisible monitor. Once I hooked it up I've been impressed ever since. I switched to duel monitor mode and this new monitor puts my high end monitor to shame. Great purchase and quality monitor.

I bought this to add a second monitor to my wife's laptop workstation. The connection was perfect with the DP-VGA input. Ready to use in less than 5 minutes. Display did not have to be adjusted yet. Looks great right out of the box. The ability to tilt the display to use portrait mode is excellent. Very happy with the purchase. Supplied in well-protected packaging with carrying handle. First class everywhere. Note I had to buy a DP-VGA cable. There were cables in the kit but not this one.

Well served 8 years of operation. Nice design from Asus. However, it no longer meets my requirements and I will look around for a larger monitor for multitasking.

The price is great for a 20" LED monitor. The first arrived with a broken pixel. The second arrived in good condition. The colors are nice and bright. Don't expect anything but metallic/cheap sound from the built-in speakers, though that's no problem for me.

Good quality at a low price matched another one I had so I bought it. I am satisfied with the quality and the price. That's my feedback!

Very good monitor. More so than my old LCD that the capacitor failed. There is a new version but not in my budget. The only negative is that when I checked my purchases from ASUS, their system didn't recognize the serial number on the back of the monitor and the one on the box. The monitor has not yet been registered.

Nice monitor and for the price you can't complain. Four stars because the image is noticeably pixelated, but that's ok since I only use the screen for text. I wouldn't recommend it for videos though. I can't say if the speakers are good or not as I don't need them.

I bought this as a large screen for my dad's 15 inch HP widescreen laptop so he can view all of his streaming quotes on one screen. So the bar was not set too high! This is a wonderful product. I used to just have a different monitor and didn't understand what the difference was. Colors are bright and clear, and a large monitor really makes a difference. Revain.com had so many options that I could easily find something in my price range.

I love this monitor and will be ordering another one soon to upgrade my old one for more comfortable dual monitoring. One downside is that the speaker volume is a bit lower than my older one, but as I use the headset most of the time I don't think that's really a big issue.

I've been using an Asus VE208T monitor [by Revain] for about a year. The speakers are practically useless and I have to use external speakers.
