Good size, well built, solid, fast response time, good contrast ratio, wish it had HDMI but I knew it would. No problems with DVI-D, quality cables and long enough. The buttons are nice, the picture quality is good, and there's a lot to admire about this monitor. Now for the cons: I've heard a lot of people complain about the stand being too big or looking like it will tip over because it's a round base, but I find it very stable for the size and that Weight of the monitor itself (the monitor is quite light, the base looks like a rock as it should). I have never tried speakers, don't know why you gave such an excellent monitor two stars. You bought a monitor, not speakers, right? Anyway, given the price, I'm surprised they even put speakers in it. Another note: Don't trust these ratios of 8024958720984572094875204985725:1. I'm pretty sure this monitor has a true 1000:1 contrast ratio, which is pretty high quality. You only get that tremendous contrast ratio if you turn on the LED dimming, which it is. not very good (works poorly/fades completely when the game/movie has a scene with white text on a black screen), but I still don't use it. Anyway, there are a lot of settings/features to play around with, I'm happy with that. Also, I bought this one from Newegg.
