Does not start reliably after shutdown.

Now that Revain's "return window" has expired, this laptop will no longer boot when the power button is pressed. It took me about ten tries in ten minutes to get the damn thing to do anything. Dissatisfied.

Pros
  • That's it for now.
Cons
  • No paint needed.

Fantastic performance for what you pay

No complaints, runs smooth, nice screen and the keyboard is very responsive with very good keystrokes. Works much better than my last XPS 13. Battery life could be better, but then again I've never set this to the "Best Battery Life" power option. This is probably the best money can buy right now!

Arrived very quickly; just what i need for my remote work

I needed a replacement for my remote work due to the need to return equipment. I was looking for something portable (screen smaller than 15 inches), lightweight, yet able to seamlessly make video calls while multitasking in the background. I've been working remotely on this laptop for a week now and it's been perfect. Is the typing feeling really fun too?

Good for home use - keyboard sucks

I bought this laptop for work, I usually use the Lenovo brand, but I decided to switch to this Asus laptop because I like the features and the design . The laptop looks good, looks good, the screen is fine and works fast. But the first disappointment was that the memory cannot be upgraded, so I consider this laptop for home/primary use. Second disappointment. It was difficult to see the keyboard letters, the color of the bottom and the shape color of the letters are too similar, making them…

GoodBye Surface Products

I've been using Surface Pro 3&4 for 10 years. It outperforms it on every level, and the Intel i5 Gen.11 could outperform some i7s this year. So it was fun moving keyboards from device to device (4 times) but I've had enough and at this price point (and the fact that Half-Life 2 runs flawlessly on it) I can honestly say if it does endure, I have won not to return to this ecosystem. USB C and optional USB 3 are a nice touch, I appreciate that kind of forethought. ASUS had TSTT together when they…
