TERRIBLE! on kitchen utensils

This was a gift for my daughter. When she washed it before use, the stain on the hilt oozed and the blade looked like it had been burned by a flame. She is afraid to use it and it's too late to return it.

Pros
  • Little competitors
Cons
  • Big and bulky

6 inches is HUGE! 4.5 is actually 4 1/4 inches long. and i love it.

Bought a 6 inch spatula but the overall length is almost the size of a ruler. Why do I need such a huge spatula? It's his own fault that he wasn't paying attention. It's just huge so I was shocked! I put a photo of him next to my rather large butter knife. It is not only long but also very wide. And 4.5 is actually 4 1/4. It is ideal for leveling flour and other bulk materials.

  • Good stuff

UPC glue is VERY difficult to remove

I love this putty knife and use it as a painting knife. They are ideal for acrylic paint as they resist rusting and the paint is very easy to remove from the blades. However, the packaging is just awful to remove. I removed the UPC stickers in half an hour and the remaining adhesive has not yet reacted with isopropyl alcohol or WD-40. He won't scratch. I don't understand the need for this extra packaging at all.

  • Always liked

  • No insurance

Extremely useful best in kitchen utensils and gadgets

Wow folks. Let's do a product review as we can't remove the sticker. Sorry, but now to the reason you are here! I bought a small one because I already have a 12 inch cake frosting. In the short time I've had it has become one of the most valuable tools in my kitchen. Arsenal. Ideal for jam, preserves, mayonnaise, cupcake frosting and just about anything else you need to spread. The small size makes it versatile, and the blade is short enough to withstand the strain. So grab some slime and a…

PB&J car! Good for spatulas

So this guy here is apparently used for icing a cake. What am I using it for? Make the perfect peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Imagine a world where you can spread ingredients to the very edge of the bread without sacrificing the integrity of the ideal spread thickness. Not only is this Cadillac spatula perfect for applying peanut butter, but its length and perfectly rounded tip are perfect for removing the last bit of sticky peanut butter from a can without messing it up.

  • So far satisfied

The sticker makes it UNUSEABLE - Do not buy it

Spatula looks like a godsend. The problem is that I can never use it. The sticker they put on is almost impossible to remove. And when you peel it off, you're left with a large square of one of the strongest adhesives you'll ever see. Tried WD40 and GooGone, glue residue left. WHY the company put such a sticker on the working part of the FOOD tableware, I don't understand! This shows that the company doesn't seem to care about food safety. I DO NOT recommend this product, there are LOTS of…

Nice blade though. fits kitchen utensils

This spatula is the right size, fits my hand well and appears to be of good quality. However, they put a tag on the blade that took me a very long time to remove. NASA can use their glue. With them I tried for a long time to remove the glue residue on the label. When I finished soaking in oil, I used dish soap and a soft microfiber cloth, then Scubbie, then baking soda, and finally the spatula can be used without leaving any glue on the blade. However, it looks like I've had it for 20 years and

I completely removed the product tag in less than 30 seconds

spatula was smaller than I expected but I will use it anyway. The biggest negative review I read was about the sticker that is attached directly to the blade. This is a thicker label than usual and the adhesive is stronger than usual, but this can be used to your advantage when removing. The sticker actually hangs over the edges of the putty blade, which actually makes it easier to remove completely. First of all, don't try to just rip it off quickly as this will obviously lead to failure. Take

Excellent quality Annoying Stickers

I bought 3 sizes of these stickers, the quality is good. There are no sharp edges on the wooden handles, and the blades are well polished and flexible enough. Made in Japan according to the stamp on the blade. Why don't they get five stars? Each of them had a sticker/tag on the end of the blade which is very awkward to remove. The adhesive is so strong that you could easily break a nail or two trying to peel the sticker off. I've never dealt with anything like this before. You can peel the…
