Exactly what you would expect from photos and description. Quality leather, true to size, nice ringtone which is at least what I expected and it's loud enough without being annoying.

I have a beagle who will run away when rabbits dig over the fence. Found it before. No other escapes. Keep them in the yard. She goes weird. Rschunimagu. But she takes the call. I had to shorten it a bit.

Worked for about a month and then the flap fell off. I used it on my dog's collar when I walked him in the woods. Did a great job when we were together - I think I'll make a smack to keep using in the future.

This call is the best. Just put it on the collar (it has a leather strap). Now I can always hear where my dog is in the park and if he's running ahead of us on walks. In most cases he is very close to me but hidden by the bushes. That saved a lot of time and nerves in his search.

I would compare this dog bell (which I wanted to use for pheasant hunting) to the equivalent of clipping a trailer park musical lantern to its collar and letting it go to warn birds about a mile away from it come after them. The call is very high quality and would be great for a nose bumper to let you know what your dog needs outside to go to the bathroom. You would rate the volume for this usage.

I wanted a bell that I could hear from a distance if our dog ran into the bushes so I could find him. Unfortunately this call does not help. I used to have a steel goat bell and lost it. I just tried this new bell on our dog but it's not enough. Missed return by 2 days. Really disappointed. I have just ordered cheaper goat bells which I hope will work better than this expensive product.
