Nonexistent customer support for a faulty product.

Such a cool set. Unfortunately, my sub no longer works. The seller did not help and it is only from the return policy. Planned to add more and give as gifts. At the moment this will not happen. To update. The service says that the block replacement is underway. Months later. Nothing.

  • CONTROL POWER: Power without control is nothing. The Addon Sub has a variable crossover and you can phase shift it for better placement and setup in your room.

Very good sound enhancement add-on

This is a great addition to the Audio Pro family. This definitely adds to the musical balance as well as warmer tones. If you want to buy C5, C5A or C10, get this item. It's expensive but deserves to be in a family. I am currently using a subwoofer cable in my bedroom. When I have guests, I unplug the cable and wirelessly connect it to the multi-room system. It looks very beautiful with minimal lines and subtle color.

Excellent quality but low volume and difficult controls.

This is a good quality 200 watt subwoofer but I feel I can only get half of what it is capable of. The app doesn't give you much control over the Sub. I set it to maximum in the application and it is barely noticeable against the background of other speakers (3 A-10 speakers). There's also a volume control on the back that does absolutely nothing. This subwoofer also seems to have a lot of power, but the app doesn't let me control it as such. Like all my Audio Pro products: good quality, badโ€ฆ

You need to connect with RCA cable to get more volume.

Provides good bass extension for my two C-10s, but requires some fiddling to get it right. Also problems with the volume control. When connected via Wi-Fi, the volume is enough to match my pair of C-10s, but not by much, and the volume rocker on the back doesn't do anything. The volume of the subwoofer can only be controlled via the app. and does not change when the volume of C10a is changed. The subwoofer must be configured separately.
