The microphone is incredibly bad. The sound quality for wireless communication is more than acceptable, but the headphones are quite bulky overall. Despite a Bluetooth 5 interface, the headphone software looks like it was made 15 years ago. I like the USB-C port, but a smaller headphone size would be preferable

I like the Audio-Technica headphones but was very disappointed that the next and previous buttons don't work at all on audiobooks (eg at least for Audible and Hoopla). There is no way to rewind 10 seconds, for example. It broke the deal for me and I think for many other audiobook listeners. However, the buttons work for music.
