I ordered several dynamic microphones to use instead of a conference headset. It is by far the easiest to set up and works without any issues. It looks like a basic USB mic but also has an XLR in case I want to go further. If you are looking for more expensive ones and you are not an expert, use this one!

Great microphone. Spare USB cables came in handy when I switched computers and no longer needed to use the USB-c port. Deducted 1 star as the mount is a bit wobbly and the pop screen cannot stay in place under its own weight. A flexible pop filter mount tends to sag.

I use this thing a lot, although I don't like the stand very much, the quality of the microphone (especially with a little fiddling) is particularly good . I can only imagine what it would be like if you plugged it into a real soundbox instead of USB. The pop filter could use some work as it always tends to fall out of position where it should be. The microphone is excellent - very clear sound, easy to use, strong grip. The accessories are not the best. The small tripod in particular is literally the worst quality tripod I've ever used. Don't plan on using this tripod for anything—not even testing right out of the box. it's weak To tighten the screw, you need to use two screwdrivers at the same time (the screws are countersunk, so coins are not suitable). This is a great mic - I bought it so I don't have to use the built in mic or try to overhaul the headset mic when my partner and I are video chatting. It works great just sitting on a desk and has great sound quality. There was also no interference with the sound from the loudspeakers, which were routed via the receiver. The arm is good too, I set it up and it works as expected and the pop up screen is a nice touch too - my current desk needs to be modified to take full advantage of the arm so…
