Based on our own experience, we found these cleaning towelettes to be overrated. The only pro is that they come in a convenient keychain pack. However, the towelettes themselves did not remove grime or dirt as promised. In fact, we had to use multiple wipes just to clean a small area. Save your money and buy a different cleaner.

I bought these for my mom because they are the same little wipes that her audiologist had in the office but they cost more. Good buy.

I use one of these days to clean my earmolds (I have a behind-the-ear model) and have found that the cleaning helps with the itching in my ears to reduce. Compared to the dispenser variant, these individual wipes are larger and remain moist due to the individual packaging. When you travel, you can only take the essentials with you, not a larger container. In general, they allow you to focus on what you're hearing with the aids, rather than how they feel in your ear.
