Best product for my needs

This product worked after trying several others. Recommended my Sirius XM. Give me extra length and extrasonic gain. Very happy with the product.

Pros
  • Home Kits are included with portable radios and sold separately with XM Dock & Play and SIRIUS XM MiRGE¿ radios.
Cons
  • So-so

It's basically useless for what I needed to do.

This is basically useless for what I needed to do. Revain sells an external antenna with 50 feet of cable, which was just what I needed.

Pros
  • Easy to set up, just place your house antenna where you can find the strongest signal.
Cons
  • Appearance

Good product for radio antennas

I have two pieces of this XM antenna cable. One for my home and one for my business. It's really easy to work with and flexible too. I find it a bit pricey but it has been very reliable so far. Many Thanks.

Pros
  • Easy Installation: Then use the extension cable to connect your home antenna to your home kit or sound system.
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

"The Only Way to Get XM/Satellite Reception "

I have my "man cave" in the finished basement. I had to run the antenna cable down through the floor and walls to connect to my surround sound system. An antenna cable extension (with built-in signal amplifier) enabled clear reception of my audio system.

Pros
  • Extend the cable length of your house antenna by 15 meters.
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Easy to use and good quality

This antenna extender is very easy to install and good quality. It has a waterproof sleeve covering the connector tab to keep moisture out, then I just threw the cord out the upstairs window, fed the other end through the downstairs window and plugged it into my radio. It lasted about 10 minutes and I didn't notice any change in sound quality or recording quality. BTW, 50ft of cord is longer than it looks, I think it would reach almost every room in my house, and I folded most of it behind the…

Pros
  • Boost Your Signal: Inline Signal Booster boosts signal strength with combined cable length.
Cons
  • Some problems

AV Accessory Connection Problem

I have a TAO XM2GO receiver and wanted to add an external antenna so the internal antenna cable doesn't get in the way of me all the time. So I bought an XM6 Roof Antenna (TERK) and an XM Home Receiver Cable (XM-EXT50), also from Terk. No one gets options or explanations of what goes where and the cable won't connect to the XM6 when I use the other end to connect to the Tao. I either need an adapter plug or another cable, but who knows what it might be. Now I'm finding out that TAO is no longer

Pros
  • Connect more than one: If the extra 50 feet is still not enough, connect up to two extenders together for a total cable of about 125 feet.
Cons
  • The list is long.

The only way to the southern sky!

We bought an XM car/home radio and then realized you needed a clear view of the southern sky. I was able to hook up the included antenna to a south facing window, but it still didn't work (due to tints, coatings, insulation, etc - all mentioned in the owner's manual as possible obstructions). I was looking for an extension antenna and found there was only one so I looked for the best price. I found the best price here at Revain. It works perfectly. The antenna is outside the house and the…

Pros
  • Sound systems sold separately.
Cons
  • Functionality
