I am very happy with these sport shorts, they became an instant favorite. Fit is great. Both the elastic waistband and drawstring waist ensure a perfect fit around my waist. I love the zip pockets. They wash up great. Couldn't be happier. I wish they were in a larger color palette.

Bought these for mountain biking but haven't tried them on the trail yet. Rating based on fit, it only fits tiny but small, I wouldn't order a size up unless your normal size is quite snug.

Poor material quality. Thin plastic-like material and crispy like a grocery bag. It's the excess material under the elasticated waist that makes it look more than just gym shorts. We'll have to see how they hold up because I'll get my money's worth for those chunky shorts.

I was in a restaurant and needed to pay, my wallet was in my back pocket and the zipper was stuck. I went to the bathroom, took off my shorts and the only way to open them was to break the zipper. Shorts are good, but don't use zippers

These Quick Dry men's shorts exceeded my expectations. because they feel like I'm not wearing them. :>)) They are so light. The only clue is around the waist as it has elastic. I will be buying another pair or two - love them so much.

Comfortable, light and breathable. Enough stretch to be comfortable when exercising, walking and running. The two zippered front pockets are a nice touch and can hold a smartphone (but probably not a phablet). The only thing I can suggest is to add a zippered back pocket (things bounce a lot in the front pockets when running).

I've had these black and gray shorts for 2 years now and they work perfectly. While I don't doubt the reviewers who mentioned broken zippers and various other complaints, I have to say I have no complaints. Zero. I'm 5'10" chunky (waist 190lbs/34") and the plus size fits perfectly and I don't have to tie a drawstring at the waist. The elastic on the waist belt feels solid but not bulky. very good quality; you can't beat them for money. Bought a black and gray pair. It would be nice if they were a little longer. My husband is 6ft and says they could be about an inch longer but still like the quality and fit. I definitely recommend them.

Bought these shorts for my son on a night hike in Yosemite. It is lightweight, has 3 zipped pockets as evidenced by the Outdoor Jackets logo on the bottom left corner of the shorts when worn. It also has a faint repeating rose pattern that's barely noticeable unless you're looking at it up close. Luckily my son loves roses so he was willing to wear them. I can't tell he wears it much differently than camping. He prefers different shorts for running to school or to sports.
