The ability to have conversations via chatbot is amazing! I can't think of anything that we dislike about this product, it's perfect for us. I like that it allows me to communicate directly from my computer, without having an actual person in front of you! It's not always 100% accurate but when there is something wrong or if they don't understand what your asking for then all we need do at this point is ask them how he can help us fix whatever issue was preventing him answering correctly before (I think).
