The ability to have conversations via chatbot is amazing! I can't think of anything that we dislike about this product, it's perfect for us. We use Auna primarily as an internal tool but also used by customers who need help when they are in trouble or not sure what their issue might be. It has helped solve some issues internally. Our employees love using Aina because there isn’t much downtime since you don’t get calls from people waiting for someone else. You just talk directly through your computer which makes things run more smoothly than having phone call centers where sometimes something gets missed out due to miscommunication between agents (which happens). Also being able to take notes right away without going back into another window after receiving feedback helps speed up response time quite significantly. Sometimes if I'm looking at my email while trying to work and then receive messages asking me questions like "are you busy? Do you want lunch today?, etc.,"it takes.
