THE KEYS ARE LOCKED IN THE CUPBOARD! DO NOT OPEN

I READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT LOCKING THE KEYS IN THE CABINETS UPON DELIVERY BUT I TAKE A RISK AND IT HAPPENED. I HAVE A CLOSET AND THE KEYS WERE LOCKED WHEN IT WAS SENT TO ME. WHAT IS THE MANUFACTURER DOING TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. OTHERS MAY NEED TO TAKE FEEDBACK SERIOUSLY AND STOP PURCHASING THEIR CABINETS IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED. Great cabinet but they really need to address basic issues

The cabinet itself is great - very nice, well finished and just what I was looking for. What I wasn't looking for was having to open my lock picking kit because the cabinet was sent to me locked with the keys on the top shelf. Reading previous reviews this seems to have happened to a number of people but there was no response from them. Seller and externally no changes from the manufacturer. Worked great. 3 months

Very happy with this product when it arrived. It is durable and can hold many of my important files and documents. However, recently I opened the top drawer to get items and the release mechanism didn't work. I double-checked that all the drawers were closed, but I couldn't open any. I emailed the company to resolve the issue. Several days have passed without an answer. Good filing cabinet but wish it could be opened.

This product is very durable and I'm sure it will be a good filing cabinet, but they still don't seem to have solved the problem of not being able to unlock or open it. When I received it the key was locked in the top drawer as many other buyers have pointed out. I have contacted the manufacturer. Since this is a very common problem, they already expect you to need a key and will be happy to send it to you. The problem is that it takes two weeks to receive it, which is not the time I expected…

The perfect office! Came fully assembled, with casters already installed! Easy to use and the drawers slide very smoothly.

It took me so long to decide on a small filing cabinet because Revain has so much to offer. But I am very, very glad that I chose this Aurora blue fronted cabinet because I just love it! A cool looking device with a great combination of looks, features, utility and price.

After storing important documents in a combination of a small box and several flexible folders for far too long, I realized it was time to invest in a real filing cabinet.
