Definitely helps with neck and shoulder pain! The massagers are powerful. The heat is great. I want it to be hotter, but it's better than not having it. Great product for the price!

After one use, the material tears especially at the seams. See attached photos. It's a shame for this company to make such low quality products and try to make money off of them. What happened to integrity? Although prices vary, they're still on sale around $50 and even up to $100 at full price. I've looked for reviews on other websites and it seems other customers have had the same issue after just one use. I wouldn't recommend this product - there are better ones out there that don't fall…
