I use it for work and not only is it great it keeps my food cold. I work 12-15 hour days and even with ice packs when I leave I can keep my food and drinks cold even when I leave work. I just put 2 regular sized ice packs in my backpack every morning when I go and after 12-15 hours they are still cold but more importantly everything else in them is too.
