Auto Meter 2267 Temperature Adapter Review

If you want to fit a transmission temp sensor you need to fit this adapter in the test port. Quality item and fits my 97 XJ perfectly.

Installed on aw4 for transmission temp sensor. The threads didn't show that they were tight or tight, and they came loose in the gear case. The most interesting thing now is to catch the broken threads.

This adapter was needed to fit the side of my aw4 transmission on my jeep to raise the transmission temp sensor and it worked amazing! No thread leaks, just be sure to use thread sealant on the sensor that goes in.

The oil pressure sensor in the upper oil pan broke off. Couldn't extract it. Drilled, tapped and inserted. Works like a charm and saved me a hell of a repair. Make sure you use a magnet to get as much metal shavings out of the sump as possible, and sacrifice two oil and filter changes to ensure all metal flakes are removed if you happen to be stuck in my shoes.
