I bought two, one for 2004 Vinson 500 and one for 2007, installed in 2004, works like crap, lots of nasty effects, and idols are spare, sent an uninstalled one back and gone and and buy a recovery kit via Suzuki, funnily enough my first one didn't post, I wonder if this one will.

This is not a direct replacement, I was able to get it to start and run but didn't use any fuel. Lots of clapping and misfires.

These carburettors are very good value for money but the injectors are much larger than factory. I ended up reinstalling both stock injectors in this carb and it worked great! Also, they don't have a delay valve, so you get a reverse shot.

I know it's a stock part so I don't expect it to be identical but it didn't have a vent hole on top of the carburetor. We had to drill it and add a matching hole. Also, the idle adjustment is on the wrong side, making idle adjustment difficult as the plastic covers the side it is on.

delivery was fast. When I opened the carburetor box, I didn't see any installation instructions. Make sure you know which gas lines go when removing the original carburetor!
